Beginning 9-23-2026, Lakes Highway District Adopted the New 2026 Associated Highway District Standards.
The intent of these standards is to establish a 20-year vision. These standards were developed under the following design philosophy.
- Protect public investment.
- Promote long-term roadway performance.
- Maintain consistency across all four districts.
- Support engineering judgement.
- Balance flexibility with safety.
- Minimize future maintenance obligations.
- Create predictable development expectations.
